1. Introduction

Welcome to Clipping Path Clan. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

We provide photo-editing services including clipping path, background removal, retouching and related image-editing workflows (“Services”). When you submit files and place an order with us, you are requesting us to perform those Services according to your instructions.

3. Files, Content & Client Responsibility

• You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licences and permissions for any images, logos, designs or other elements you upload or send to us.

• You agree not to submit files that infringe any third-party’s intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

• We are not responsible for checking or verifying ownership of uploaded content; the responsibility remains with you.

• You agree to provide clear instructions and required specifications so that we can deliver the Services properly.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Our quoted price may be based on uploaded files, complexity of work, turnaround time and specifications.

• We reserve the right to adjust the price if additional work or complexity is identified after receiving your files.

• Payment terms will be clearly stated at order submission (e.g., upfront deposit or full payment).

• Until payment is cleared (or other payment terms fulfilled), we may withhold delivery of final files.

5. Turnaround & Revision

• We will endeavour to meet the agreed turnaround time; however, all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

• We typically offer a certain number of free revisions if errors are due to our mistake. If revisions result from mis-instructions, additional cost may apply.

• After final approval and delivery of the work, further edits may be subject to additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive licence to use the final edited images for the stated purpose(s).

• We retain the right to use low-resolution or water-marked versions of the edited work for our portfolio, unless you explicitly withdraw that permission in writing before delivery.

• You remain responsible for securing any required rights, releases or licences for your use of the edited images.

7. Website Use

• The content, design, layout, graphics and materials on our website are our property (or our licensors’) and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

• You may view, download or print extracts only for your personal or internal business use, provided you maintain any copyright or other intellectual property notices.

• Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use of website content without our express written consent is prohibited.

8. Links to Other Sites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. Such links do not imply our endorsement of those websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of such third parties.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh (or as otherwise agreed).
